We just came back from the trip, I left home to spend the weekend since today is a holiday here in Valencia and the first thing I do now, back home is to write to thank you for your kindness and patience.

I am very happy and satisfied with everything going fine...
Our guide - Nicholas was very professional and polite, helpful and familiar with the Bulgarian history and international politics, easy going and interesting while telling all these stories. If I am to rank him - he gets my 10/10. The driver, Dimitri was also so polite and professional, prudent in his approach to us. He was driving carefully so nobody got sick.

As for the hotels - Hilton were great and we liked it being there. One note about the Veliko Turnovo hotel - my own room was spacious - all double standard room were great, but note that the individual rooms are too small. For me the location and view really made up for this deficiency - the views were spectacular and the hotel staff was very friendly. The Novotel's facilities are modern, the rooms in general are very spacious, but the single rooms I would say were acceptable.

I think Nicholas, the guide, on his side was pleased with our group. We were punctual, friendly and easy going and I hope we didn't give him much trouble.

I liked Bulgaria very much… beautiful landscapes, seen from the point of the archaeological, historical and cultural perspective, the monuments were worth seeing and very attractive for the tourists, there is much to see and it is very interesting. In my opinion over time Bulgaria is going to be a very popular tourist destination as it deserves. People are just like everywhere - some pleasant and some not so ... but that usually happens everywhere. We loved the tours - perfectly selected and not heavy as we had to travel by bus, our journey was peaceful, we didn't get tired and we didn't have to wake up early in the morning ... the organization was well-arranged, your staff was the real success since you facilitated our arrival and departure and helped us among the crowds in hotels' lobbies. The food was good too… Everything was really GREAT.

Do not think I've forgotten to share with you how our travel was, but I was very busy and could not write before.

Everything was great, our guide Rositsa and the driver Angel were very professional, our guide was well informed and managed to share her knowledge about the sites very professionally.

The hotel was good, the Cosmopolitan in Ruse was the best and the Veliko Tarnovo hotel - Panorama had an exceptional location overlooking the river. The Dedeman hotel in Sofia and the one in Plovdiv were ok.

We asked for an additional tour while we were in Varna aw we stayed there for three nights, enough to explore a city. We would have been happy also to stay more in Plovdiv and Veliko Tarnovo, the two cities were very beautiful and lively.

On my arrival back home I spoke with a friend who was in Bulgaria last year touring with your travel agency, he told us Bozhentsi was a beautiful town with nice people, Koprivstica and Karlovo and the Bachkovo monastery were worth seeing too, it's great we were able to see Etara, Tryavna, Rila monastery, Madara, Nessebar and so on - these were great.

People were very friendly, the food is excellent, local Rakia is good (goes well with little ice), the roads are not very good and it takes a long time for some routes that are usually not so long, but of course you as an agency have nothing to do with that, it's an infrastructure deficit.

We found many good restaurants, some of them recommended by our guide, other - by Bulgarians living in Spain, they told us to visit a bar in Sofia called Piano Bar, near the Russian Church.

I could tell you much more but I got tired, if you need information about the restaurants in which we have been - tell me and I will check names and provide a feedback.

We are back from the trip and it seems like we were there a century ago. I wanted to call and let you know how everything was but you overtook me. You know that here, in the mountains I have no Internet and with all the tasks I had I couldn't go home and catch up with with my emails. Well now I can tell you how was it.

The journey was great and without any accidents. Illia, truly professional was the best, and Dani, the driver - such a charming guy! The trip delighted us all with the guide's explanations, and we were able to learn a lot about your country. The hotels were good, the food even better. We are beyond words to express our gratitude for the wonderful trip we had - Thank you! We will not hesitate to recommend your agency to our friends if they want to go to Bulgaria.

We just came back to France in few days and I already miss Bulgaria.

This short email is to say that our stay was very pleasant and especially to thank you about it. The tour you prepared for us was awesome! We visited many monasteries and beautiful places like Mount Shipka (unfortunately we couldn't visit the Targoviiste cellars to taste the wines there, but caught up with restaurants).

We did not have much room in our car during our trip to Bulgaria, but I'll send you a bottle of wine from my area so you can taste a bit of our French wines.

We saw each other for a really brief while, it's a shame… we could have a drink during our stay in Sofia. Well - next time maybe.
